Licence to CHILL officially announces its release of the CHILL Multi Mountain Ski and Snow Passes for 2014. Another season full of variety, great value and heaps of riding awaits us.
The popular CHILL(13) Full season Pass is the premium pass allowing the most varied access to thirteen mountains at a great value. This pass is for people who enjoy unlimited skiing or snowboarding at thirteen ski areas in the Southern Alps. Pass holders can also choose to ski Selwyn’s sensational six ski areas (CHILL 6), which offers superb winter skiing and riding across six unique ski areas close to Christchurch.
The CHILL Pass is also split into a variety of Anytime Passes, which are valid for the winter season. All passes offer a great choice of skiing and riding at different mountains in different Regions. South of Christchurch, ski areas found in the Mackenzie Basin include Mt Dobson, Roundhill and Fox Peak. In the Southern Lakes, Treble Cone can be accessed on the CHILL(12) Pass for up to 2 days. North of Canterbury, Mt Lyford and Hanmer Springs also part of the Anytime Passes, and are a great place for a weekend away with excellent intermediate skiing.
The CHILL Passes are extremely family friendly. A family can purchase a series of passes at a discounted rate and mix ‘n’ match passes. This allows families the opportunity to explore the Southern Alps during the holidays or the whole winter season with each Family member skiing on a Pass that suits their interest in the sport. Please refer to CHILL’s family pass prices web page to see what qualifies as a family.
The CHILL Passes that are currently on sale are on the early bird rates for Season Passes and 10 Day anytime passes, which will continue until April 30th. This year CHILL offers a loyalty rate that can be applied to all 2013 CHILL Pass holders.
The time period in which the CHILL pass is applicable depends upon the mountains, generally it will be between late June through to early October 2014.
