McGlinn was particularly pleased with her 17th place 50.87 point result to complement the 52.30 point result she scored with her recent win at Silverstar, British Columbia.
It was wonderful to start ahead of World Cup greats, Emily Brydon and Britt Janyk, in what may be their final race before retirement, she said.
They were awesome in the start, and put on a real show for the crowd.
McGlinns 81.03 point downhill earlier in the week was her best ever result in the discipline and combined with her 86.98 point result from Aspen in the Nor Ams will bring her overall world ranking in the discipline to about 350 on the next points list, an improvement of almost 200 places over the last month and 650 places this year.
This week, McGlinn races in the Miele Cup finals at Nakiska before heading to the United States for more technical and speed races prior to returning to New Zealand.
