A group of children from the Wakatipu area and their big buddies had a fun day in the snow at Coronet Peak on Sunday (7 September) as part of the local Buddy Programme.

The children enjoyed skiing, snowboarding, lunch on the sundeck and a ride on a snowmobile.

Hannah Osnabrugge (pictured) was all smiles during her turn on the snowmobile driven by Coronet Peak Patroller Luke Hassleman.
